Acrocyanosis

 This condition is characterized by coldness and cyanosis of the hands and feet
It differs from Raynaud’s disease in the following:


   It is completely painless.
   It is persistent, not occurring in attacks.
   It occurs at ordinary temperature.
   Blanching is never noticed.
   Trophic changes do not develop.
