ADENOMA OF THYROID
m True adenoma is rare and it may be:
1- Embryonic adenoma: columns of cells.
2- Micro follicular adenoma (foetal): small follicles.
3- Macro follicular adenoma: large follicles.
4- Hurthle-cell adenoma: large polygonal cells with abundant acidophilic cytoplasm.
5- Papillary cyst adenoma ® high suspicious of malignancy.
