Prognosis of Cancer Breast: Ü In stage I and II the most sensitive prognostic factor is the postoperati axillary lymph nodes pathology; · If lymph nodes are free, 10 years survival rate is 75% · If 4 or more are involved, 10 years survival rate is 25% Ü In stage III, 10 years survival rate is 5%. Ü In stage IV, 10 years survival rate is zero.
