Differentional Diagnosis of Cancer Breast: From other causes of lump in the breast esp. those felt by flat of the hand. 1- Traumatic fat necrosis ®Biopsy is usually needed. 2- Chronic breast abscess ® Biopsy is usually needed. 3- Mammary duct ectasia (Plasma cell mastitis) ® Biopsy is usually needed. 4- Fibro- adenosis ® Biopsy is usually needed.
