Multiple neurofibromatosis: a) Von Recklinghausen 's disease: Cafe - au - lait pigmentation of the skin with multiple tumours. It is familial disease. b- Elephantiasis neuromatosa: ® Marked enlargement of the Limb affected. c- Pachydermatocele: with redundant overlying skin. µ Big tumours are liable to turn malignant. µ The nerve must be sacrificed during removal.
