Neurilemmoma (Solitary neurofibroma) -Arise from the cells of schwann. -Usually affect flexor aspects of the Limbs especially in relation to the ulnar nerve. -It is painless swelling move only in direction perpendicular to the nerve from which it arise. -It may arise in relation to 8th nerve acoustic neuroma. -It can be separated from the nerve during excision.
