Wart: Aetiology: virus infection when immunity is lowered. Path: Localized epithelial Proliferation. Clinical picture - Common on dorsal aspect of hand and foot. - The common wart is small firm greyish or black. - The plantar wart is very painful. - Condylomata accuminata are warts caused by sexual contacts. Treatment: Surgical excision or electro - coagulation.
