LYMPHATIC LEUKAEMIA The enlarged glands are ® Generalized from the start. ® big, soft and discrete. Bone pain can be detected by direct percussion over the sternum or chin of the tibia. Complete bl. picture and sternal puncture can diagnose. Treatment is away from surgery but d.d. is important.
